RESOLUTION NO. 17-79
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A FIVE FOOT WIDENING OF A
CERTAIN ROAD INTO THE -CITY ROAD SYSTEM
' CITY ROAD NO. 4023
The following resolution is hereby offered and read:
WHEREAS, the City"of Atascadero, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, has been duly requested to
accept a certain offer to dedicate for additional widening
' of a road presently in the maintained system in said City;
and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer by letter dated October
31, 1979, has duly recommended that the City Council:
' Accept the offer of dedication for public use of
five feet {5 ' } as shown on Parcel Map AT 78-145.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City
Council of the City of Atascadero;
I. That the offer to dedicate for the five foot
widening of City Road No. 4023 as shown on Parcel
Map AT 78-145 is hereby accepted into and made a
part of the City Road System, to be maintained in
kind, and shall and does constitute a public
' highway in the City of Atascadero.
2. That the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized
and directed to record a copy of the resolution in
the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Luis Obispo.
Upon motion of Councilman Highland seconded by
Councilman Mackey and on the following roll call vote
to-wit:
' AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson and Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Stover
ABSTAINING. None
the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted.
