RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY TREASURER,
T H E C I T Y C O U N C I L
City of Atascadero, California

The Council of the City of Atascadero hereby resolves
as follows:
Section 1. Appointment of City Treasurer.
Ralph H. Dowell, Jr. is hereby appointed City Treasurer
' of the City of Atascadero pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6.
rSection 2. Relief of duties of Interim City Treasurer.
By this appointment, Murray L. Warden is relieved of the
duties as Interim City Treasurer.
rOn motion by Councilman Stover and seconded by
Councilman Highland , the foregoing motion is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Highland, Nelson, Stover and Mayor.

ABSENT: None
