RESOLUTION NO. 9-79
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY CLERK
T H E C I T Y C O U N C I L
City of Atascadero, California
The Council of the City of Atascadero hereby resolves
as follows
' Section 1. Appointment of City Clerk.
Murray L. Warden is hereby appointed City Clerk of
the City of Atascadero pursuant to the provisions of ordinance
No. 5.
On motion by Councilman Highland and seconded by
' Councilman Nelson , the foregoing motion is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:

AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: August 13, 1979
