RESOLUTION GRANTING APPEAL OF PAUL WASHBURN
FROM SUBDIVISION REVIEW BOARD DENIAL
OF A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT ON A PORTION OF
LOTS 4, 5, AND 5A, BLOCK 7, ATASCADERO COLONY,
ATASCADERO
T H E C I T Y C O U N C I L
City of Atascadero, California
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Atascadero has,
on July 30,1979, considered the Staff recommendations of
the Subdivision Review Section of the San Luis Obispo County
Planning Department, and considered testimony as provided
by the applicant in a public meeting held on said date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council grants
the lot line adjustment as requested by the applicant, Paul
Washburn, subject to the conditions as presented by the
report of the Subdivision Review Board meeting dated July 11,
1979; and
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council finds such
lot line adjustment to be in conformance with the provisions
of the Atascadero General Plan..
jOn motion by Councilman Highland and seconded by Council-
man Nelson, the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in ,
its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover, and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: July 30 , 1979
