RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL GAS
TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND

City of Atascadero, California
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Atascadero
that there is hereby created in the City Treasury a special
fund to be known as a Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all monies received by the
City from the State of California pursuant to the provi-
sions of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California for the acquisition of real property or interest
' thereon or for the constructionP maintenance or improve-
ment of streets or highways 'other than State highways shall
be paid into such fund; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all monies in such fund
shall be expended exclusively for the _purposes authorized
by and subject to the provisions of the State of California
' Streets and Highways Code as pertains to the use of State
derived gas tax monies.
On motion by Councilman Mackey and seconded by
Councilman Stover , the foregoing resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote :
AYES : Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: July 23 , 1979
