RESOLUTION NO. 1-79
' RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO APPOINTING A CITY ATTORNEY
AND ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION FOR THE POSITION
T H E C I T Y C 0 U N C I L
City of Atascadero, California
The City Council of the City of Atascadero resolves
as follows:
' Section 1 . Appointment of City Attorney.
Allen Grimes is appointed City Attorney of the City
of Atascadero, effective immeidately. The terms and condi-
tions of such employment are set forth in the attached
' letter to Mayor Wilkins dated June 21, 1979.
Section 2 . Compensation. '
The City Attorney is employed by the City as an indepen-
dent contractor for his part-time duties. The compensation
for such position shall be the sum of $1,470 per month.
Section 3. Certification.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall cause this resolution and its certifi-
cation to be entered in the book of Resolutions of this City.
