RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE CITY'S FACILITY
POLICIES, PROCECURES AND FEES
WHEREAS, the City of Atascadero (herein referred to as "City") is a public entity
established under the laws of California, and
WHEREAS, the Government Code provides that fees may be collected for City facilities;
and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to establish user fees and deposits, which cover the cost of
providing services requested; and
WHEREAS, the revised City Facility Policies, Procedures and Fees shall be adopted as
proposed in Attachment I; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Atascadero,
the amended City Facility Policies, Procedures and Fees shall become effective on January 1,
2004.
On Motion by Council Member O'Malley and seconded by Council Member Scalise, the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Luna, O'Malley, Pacas, Scalise and Mayor Clay
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: November 25, 2003
