SPECIAL CLOSED MEETING
ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL

CLOSED SESSION
COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Luna called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. Council Member O'Malley was
absent, as he had disqualified himself at the previous Closed Session on this same
item.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT - CLOSED SESSION - None
2. Call to Order
a. Conference with legal counsel - Existing litigation
(Govt. Code Sec. 54956.9 (a))
1. Creekside Associates v. City of Atascadero
3. Adjourn
Mayor Luna adjourned the Closed Session at 4:20 p.m.
4. CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Roy Hanley announced that the motion to approve the settlement offer
failed to be approved by the Council. 2:2 (O'Malley absent, Luna and Pacas opposed)
