MINUTES
COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Luna called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Council Members Clay, Pacas, Scalise and Mayor Luna
Council Member O'Malley announced that he was stepping down due to an interest in
real property that is too close.

3. Adjourn
Mayor Luna adjourned the meeting at 4:50 p.m.

The City Attorney announced that there was no reportable action taken.
