2. Call to Order
Mayor Clay called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Mayor Clay, Mayor Pro Tem Luna,
Council Member O'Malley, Council Member Pacas, Council Member Scalise, City
Manager Wade McKinney, and City Attorney Roy Hanley were present.

The City Council was served dinner at 5:30 p.m.
