Atascadero Avenue Bridge Slope Stabilization Project-Fiscal Impact: $7,674.95 from Fund 705, Streets and Bridges Impact Fees (Staff recommendation: Council accept the completed improvements and authorize the Administrative Services Department to release contract retention.) Montecito Avenue and San Anselmo Avenue Improvements -Fiscal Impact: $7,403.17 in Streets and Bridges Impact Fee Funds (Fund 705) (Staff recommendation: Council accept the public improvements as complete and authorize release of the project retention) [John Neil] 2 7.
