CALL TO ORDER:
Council Member Moreno called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.
Members Present: Council Members Heather Moreno and Brian Sturtevant,
Administrative Services Director Rachelle Rickard, City Manager Wade McKinney
Absent: City Treasurer Joe Modica
PUBLIC COMMENT: None
BUSINESS:
1. Review of Draft Budgets for Capital Funds
Director Rickard reviewed the draft budgets for capital funds and answered
questions from the Committee.
The first section contains a description of all of the projects by category, such as
streets or drainage. A summary of projects begins on F -11.
Director Rickard reviewed each project, describing what was going to be
accomplished and funding sources. She also reviewed the five -year Capital
Improvement Plan and how it works with Impact Fees.
Director Rickard reviewed the Fund Analysis of each of the special funds.
Council Member Moreno adjourned the meeting at 9:45 a.m.
