Project Description:
The applicant has submitted TPM & CUP applications for a tentative parcel map
and a conceptual master plan of development to create four commercial lots in
the commercial park zone. One lot will contain the existing restaurant and
associated parking, and three (3) vacant lots are proposed to be created for
future sale and development.

Staff recommends that DRC recommend approval of the proposed tree
Recommendation:
removal permit, tentative parcel map and conditional use permit to the
Planning Commission.

The next scheduled DRC meeting will be held on Wednesday January 15, 2013 at 5:00pm to
review the Las Lomas Calle Milano on -street parking proposal.
