CALL TO ORDER — 3:30 p.m.
Chairperson Fonzi called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.

Absent: Committee Member Cooper
(Committee Member Cooper arrived at 3:40 p.m.)

Member Ward to approve the Agenda.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote. (Cooper absent)

1. APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT MINUTES OF AUGUST 16, 2012
MOTION: By Committee Member DeCarli and seconded by Committee
Member Kelley to approve the minutes with changes as
noted: Committee member DeCarli was present at the
meeting.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote. (Cooper absent)

2. CUP 2000-0014 AMENDMENT (PROPOSED HOTEL)

An application has been submitted to amend the Master Plan of
Description:
Development for Phase II of the Home Depot Center (CUP 2000-0014.)
The site plan is proposed to be amended to include a 130 room hotel
facility and two (2) freestanding retail buildings at 8,000 and 10,000 square
feet each. The proposed uses are consistent with the Planned
Development 9 overlay zoning. The DRC will review the proposed project
design and make a recommendation to the Planning Commission.
General Plan Designation: Commercial Park
Zoning District: Commercial Park, Planned Development 9 overlay

- Possible gas station would be good option
