CALL TO ORDER — 4:00 p.m.
Committee Member Kelley called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

■ Comparison of elevations and colors to original plans.
■ Monterey style only.
■ Fire resistive construction.
Applicant and neighbors adjourned to a conference room to discuss their concerns further
without the DRC.
CONSENT CALENDAR
(All items on the consent calendar are considered to be routine and non -controversial by City Staff and will
be approved by one motion if no member of the Committee or public wishes to comment or ask questions.)
1. APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 16, 2012.
MOTION: By Committee Member Kelley and seconded by Committee
Member Ward to approve the minutes.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote. (Fonzi Absent)
