CALL TO ORDER -- 3:30 p.m.
Committee Member Kelley called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Committee Member Kelley, Committee Member Ward, Committee
Member Cooper, Committee Member DeCarli
Absent: Chairperson Fonzi
Recording Secretary: Community Development Director Warren. Frace
Staff Present: Assistant Plainer Alfredo Castillo

CONSENT CALENDAR
(All items on the consent calendar are considered to be routine and non -controversial by City Staff and will

1. APPROVAL OF DRAFT ACTION MINUTES OF 2-23-11.
MOTION: By Committee Member Ward and. seconded by Committee
Member Cooper to approve the Consent Calendar.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.

2. ST. LUKE'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH
Assistant Planner Alfredo Castillo gave the staff report and answered questions from the
Committee.
PUBLIC COMMENT
The following people spoke during public comment: Mike Feree. Mr. Feree explained that they
have been in the building for 40 years, it needs new restrooms, roof and window replacement.
Staff explained why a minor CUP is required.
Committee Member Kelley closed the Public Comment period.
DECISION BY COMMITTEE CONSESUS:
• Roof colors to be non -reflective eartlitones
• Building colors to be neutral/earthtones
• Staff to review colors prior to PC meeting and forward to
DRC.
