Chairperson Fonzi called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

ADDITIONAL DRC REVIEW ITEMS
1. SET REGULAR MEETING SCHEULDE
By consensus: Weekly meetings will be reserved. for Thursday's at 3:30 p.m. but called
only as needed.
2. DRC PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS
Staff overview and discussion of DRC purpose and process. The Committee discussed
the overall goal. of streamlining and simplifying the appearance review process for
applicant. General direction was to keep the process and simple and straightforward as
possible.
3. APPEARANCE REVIEW MANUAL DISCUSSION
Staff provided brief overview of Appearance Review Manual and Downtown Design
Guidelines.
