Sturtevant, and Mayor O'Malley
I On January 10, 20112, the Atascadero 'City Council adopted Resolution No. 2012-002, electing to serve as the
successor to the Conitulmity Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero for redevelopment purposes, and also elected to
retain the housing assets and functions previously performed by the Community Redevelopment Agency of
Atascadero.

Director Jeri Rangel, Public Works Director Russ Thompson, Police
Chief Jere[ Haley, Fire Chief Kurt Stone, Management Analyst
Audrey Banks, and City Attorney Brian Pierik.
MOTION: By Mayor Pro Tern Sturtevant and seconded by Councij'
Member Fonzi to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -cal/ vote.

Sturtevant to approve the Consent Calendar.

1. Long Range Property Management Plan and Broker Opinion Of Value
• Fiscal Impact: Depending upon the resolution of the dispute with FEMA,
there may or may not be revenue from the sale of the temporary City Hall
available to be distributed to affected taxing agencies per AB 1484. If the
revenue is available to be distributed to the affected taxing agencies, the
taxing agencies will receive their proportional share of the proceeds.
• Recommendation: City Council, in the Capacity of Successor Agency to
the Community Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero, adopt the Drafj
Resolution to submit the Long -Range Property Management Plan and
Broker Opinion of Value to the Oversight Board. [City Manager]
Management Analyst Audrey Banks gave the staff report and answered questions from
the Council.
