' On January 10, 2012, the Atascadero City Council adopted Resolution No. 2012-002, electing, to serve as the
successor 1-0 the Community Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero for redevelopment put -poses, and also elected to
retain the housing assets and. functions previously performed by the Community Redevelopment Agency of
Atascadero,

MOTION: By Mayor Pro Tern O'Malley and seconded by Council MembM
Fonzi to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.

Recommendation: Council in the capacity of the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero approve the Successor Agency
Draft Action Minutes of August 14, 2012. [City Clerk]
MOTION: By Council Member Clay and seconded by Council Memb
Sturtevant to approve the Consent Calendar.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote. I
