COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OFATASCADERO,
APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO THE LONG-RANGE
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA
HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 34191®
WHEREAS., pursuant to Section ;4191.5 of the California Health and Safety Code,, City of
Atascadero has prepared a Long -Range Property Management Plan, for purposes of submission
to the State Department of Finance ("LOOP"), the San Luis Obispo County administrative officer
("County Administrative Officer"), and the San Luis Obispo County Auditor- Controller
("County Auditor"); and,
WHEREAS, The Successor Agency to the Community Redevelopment Agency of
Atascadero has approved with the amendment from the Oversight Board for Successor Agency
to the Community Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero-, the proposed Long -Range Property
Management Plan, for purposes of submission the State Department of Finance ("DOF"'), the
San Luis Obispo County administrative officer ("County Administrative Officer"), and the San
Luis Obispo County Auditor -Controller ("County Auditor"); and,
WHEREAS, this pre -approval by the Oversight Board still requires the Successor Agency to
adopt the Property Management Plan as envisioned by the Oversight Board..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE by the Successor Agency to the Coniniunity
Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero hereby resolve as follows:
Section I.The Successor Agency hereby approves the amended Long -Range Property
Management Ian Exhibit A.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed to submit the approved Long -Range
Property Management Plan to the DOF.
