of the City Council Meeting

Present: Board Members Sturtevant, O'Malley, Clay, Vice Chairperson
Kelley and Chairperson Fen
Staff Present: Executive Director Wade McKinney, Assistant Executive Director
Jim Lewis, Police Chief Jerel Haley, Community Development
Director Warren Frace, City Attorney Brian Pierik, and Board
Secretary Marcia McClure Torgerson.
MOTION: By Board Member Sturtevant and seconded by Board Memb
Clay to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a voice vote.

Chairperson.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.
Z Board Appointment of Vice -Chairperson — The new Chairperson will accept
nominations from the Board Members,
Board Member Clay nominated Board Member Sturtevant for the position of Vice
Chairperson, and Board Member O'Malley seconded the nomination.

O'Malley to elect Board Member Sturtevant to the position of
Vice Chairperson,
