RESOLUTION NO. 12-87
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ATASCADERO DESIGNATING A NO PARKING ZONE
ON EL CAMINO REAL FROM SAN ANSELMO ROAD (WEST) TO
SAN GABRIEL FROM 2 AM TO 6 AM TUESDAYS
WHEREAS, Section 4-2.1101 et sequence of the Atascadero Municipal
Code allows the City Traffic Engineer to determine the location of
No Parking areas, and to place and maintain appropriate signs or
markings indicating the same; and
WHEREAS, the Atascadero Traffic Committee has recommended
prohibiting parking on El Camino Real from San Anselmo (West) to
San Gabriel from 2 AM to 6 Am Tuesdays;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Atascadero
directs the City Traffic Engineeer to place and maintain appropriate
signs or markings indicating a NO PARKING AREA on El Camino Real
from San Gabriel to San Anselmo (West) from 2 AM to 6 AM Tuesdays.
On Motion by COUNCILWOMAN BORGESON , and seconded by COUNCILWOMAN
NORRIs , the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in
its entirety on the following roll-call vote:
