RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
TO PARTICIPATE IN EXISTING GOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION
PURCHASES SINGULARLY OR WITH OTHER MUNICIPALITIES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Atascadero City Council does hereby
authorize participation directly with other ,governmental agencies
in cooperative purchases either on an individual basis or in
conjunction with other municipalities in order to purchase
budgeted firefighting equipment for and on behalf of the City of
Atascadero; and that Ray Windsor, City Manager, Purchasing Agent,
is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all
necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith
for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero .
On motion by Councilman Dexter and seconded by
Councilman Shiers the foregoing resolution is
hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote :
AYES : Councilmen Dexter, Shiers, Lilley, Councilwoman Mackey and Mayor Borgeson
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
