RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ATASCADERO DESIGNATING A 2 HOUR PARKING
ZONE IN AN AREA PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED AS A
LOADING ZONE ON TRAFFIC WAY, EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL
WHEREAS, Section 4-2 . 1301 et seq, of the Atascadero
Municipal Code allows the City Traffic Engineer to
determine the location of 2 Hour Parking zones , and to
place and maintain appropriate signs or markings indicating
the same; and
WHEREAS, the Atascadero Traffic Committee has
recommended 2 Hour Parking on Traffic Way just east of E1
Camino Real in an area previously designated as a loading
zone for the Carlton Hotel ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Atascadero directs the City Traffic Engineer to place and
maintain appropriate signs or markings indicating a 2 Hour
Parking zone on Traffic Way, 'east of El Camino Real .
On Motion by COUNCILWOMAN NORRIS ,and s ec onded .by
COUNCILMAN BOURBEAU,the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted
in its ^eni� rety on the following roll call vote :
AYES; COUNCILTMEMBERS BORGESON, BOURBEAU, NORRIS AND MAYOR MACKEY
NOES; NONE
ABSENT : COUNCILMAN HANDSITY
