AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Atascadero does hereby
authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the
State of California to purchase materials, supplies and equipment for and on
the behalf of the City of Atascadero pursuant to Section 14814, Government
Code, and that the City ;tanager is hereby authorized and directed to sign
and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection there—
with for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the
resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Atascadero at a meeting thereof held on the 26th day of January, 1987, and
that the same now appears of record in my office.
In witness thereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official
seal this 26th day of January, 1987.

by Council Member MOLINiA the foregoing resolution
is hereby adopted in its entirety on t e following votes :
AYES : COUNCILMEMBERS BORGESON, HANOSITY, MOLINA, NORRIS AND MAYOR MACKEY
