A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
APPROVING EXTENDING PUBLIC SEWER SERVICE TO
LOT 4 BLOCK 7
APN 30-461-03 AND INCORPORATING THE AREA
CONCERNED INTO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 1
WHEREAS, the Atascadero County Sanitation District is empowered
by Section 4834 of the Health and Safety Code to annex territory
already a part of the County Sanitation District to the improvement
district of that County Sanitation District; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Norman Norton owns the property described
in Exhibits A and B attached to this resolution; and
WHEREAS, said property, located on Musselman Avenue
is contiguous with the existing improvement district; and
WHEREAS, said property is within the Urban Services Line on
the City' s Land Use and Circulation General Plan Map and is con-
sistent with the General Plan; and
WHEREAS , it is in the interest of Atascadero County Sanitation
District to provide sewer service when consistent with the
General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project has received a Negative Declaration
pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality
Act;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Directors of the Atascadero
County Sanitation District as follows:
Section 1. The Board finds that the territory described in
this resolution will be benefitted by such sewer service (Health
and Safety Code section 4830) ;
Section 2. The Board approves the extension of public sewer
service to the following parcels, subject to the payment of
appropriate fees as listed in the Atascadero County Sanitation
Code :
Ptn Lot 4 , Block 7 Atascadero Colony
Subject to the following conditions :
a. Obtain all necessary plumbing and street encroachment permits
b. Payment of all connection fees as provided in the
Atascadero County Sanitation District Code in effect
at the time of connection.
Section 3. The area included in a portion of Lot 4 Block 7
is hereby incorporated into the boundaries of Improvment District
Number 1.
On motion by Board Member HANDSITY and seconded by Board
Member MOLINA the foregoing resolution is adopted in its
entiretyhie following roll call vote :
AYES: DIRECTORS BORGESON, HANDSITY, MOLINA AND CHAIRAIAN MACKEY
NOES : NONE
ABSENT: DIRECTOR NORRIS (EXCUSED)

EXHIBIT A
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 4 in Block 7 of Eaglet No. 2, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map recorded
January 14, 1920 in Book 2, page 39 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said lot 4;
Thence along the Northwesterly line of said lot, South 55° 26' west,
278 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence South 34° 34' east parallel with the Northeasterly line of
said lot a distance of 280 feet;
Thence South 55° 26' West parallel with the Northwesterly line of
said lot A distance of 150 feet;
Thence North 34° 34' West parallel with the Northeasterly line of
said lot, a distance of 280 feet to a point on the Northwesterly line
of said lot;
Thence along the Northwesterly line of said lot, north 55° 26' east,
150 feet to the true point of beginning.
