KEVIN CAMPION DBA PARADISE COALITION
FOR
SKATE PARK LEASE
THIS ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT numbered 2009-004 and dated April 28,
2009 is made and entered into by and between the CITY of ATASCADERO, a public
body, corporate and politic, hereinafter called "City", and Kevin Campion, dba Paradise
Coalition, hereinafter called the "Tenant";
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 4.1 OF THE AGREEMENT — Term: the Tenant has
properly notified the City and has executed his option to hereby extend the Lease for a
one (1) year period, thereby effectively extending the term to May 1, 2014. This
extension is the final option to extend this lease agreement and all other terms of the
original Agreement remain in effect.
