• Fiscal Impact: The fiscal impact is contingent on the direction provided by
the Council.
® Recommendation: Council provide direction on the allocation of in-lieu
affordable housing funds in response to funding requests by North County
Connection (NCC) and El Camino Homeless Shelter (ECHO). [Community

The City Council meets in regular session on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless there is a
Community Redevelopment Agency meeting commencing atO:DQp.m inwhich event the Council meeting will commence
immediately following the conclusion of the Community Redevelopment Agency meeting. Council meetings will beheld at
the City Hall Council Chambers, GQD7BCamino Real, Abascadero. Matters are considered bythe Council inthe order of
