RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013 BUDGET
WHEREAS,the City Council adopted Resolution 201.1-052 setting for the budget for fiscal year 201.2-
2013; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council hereby wishes to amend said budget.
NO'6V6',THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Atascadero
SECTION 1. The appropriation amounts are amended as follows:

SECTION 2. These changes are effective immediately upon adoption of this resolution.

On motion by Council Member Moreno andseconded by Council Member Sturtevant, the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Fonzi,Kelley, Moreno, Sturtevant and Mayor O'Malley

ABSENT: None
