A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA CREATING A
SPECIAL EVENT TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Atascadero that the
Sunken Gardens Dedication Ceremony, Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony and Winter
Wonderland location is hereby established in and around the Sunken Gardens Park; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in order to provide a reserved special event
area on December 2, 2005, the areas described below are designated as a tow-away zones
for the following periods:
• East Mall from Palma Ave. to Lewis Ave. - 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• East Mall from El Camino Real to Palma Ave. - 3:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Palma from East Mall to Entrada- 3:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• West Mall from EI Camino Real to Lewis Ave. - 3:30 p.m, to 11:00 p.m.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Oar Atascadero held on the 22nd of November, 2005.
