r.. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA,ADOPTING A BOUNDARY MAP
SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TERRITORY PROPOSED FOR
THE INCLUSION IN PROPOSED COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT
NO. 2005-1 (PUBLIC SERVICES)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Atascadero, California, desires to initiate
proceedings to create a Community Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
"Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982", being Cluxpter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5
of the Government Code of the State of California (hereafter referred to as the "Act"), as
amended. This Community Facilities District shall hereinafter be designated as Community
Facilities District No. 2005-1 (Public Services) (the "CFD"); and,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted a map showing the boundaries of the territory
proposed to be included in the CFD which territory includes the properties and parcels of land
proposed to be subject to the levy of special taxes by the CFD;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Atascadero
SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2. The map, consisting of three pages, designated as `BOUNDARIES OF
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2005-1 (PUBLIC SERVICES)" showing the
boundaries of the territory proposed to be included in the CFD, which territory includes the
properties and parcels of land proposed to be subject to the levy of a special tax by the CFD and
are designated as Site 1, Site 2, and Site 3.
SECTION 3. A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at least one (1) copy
of the map of the CFD, evidencing the date and adoption of this Resolution, and within fifteen
(15) days after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the time and place of the hearing on the
formation of such CFD, a copy of such map shall be filed with the correct and proper
endorsements thereon with the County Recorder, all in the manner and form provided for in
Sections 3110 and 3111 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.

On motion by Mayor Pro Tem O'Malley and seconded by Council Member Luna, the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Clay, Luna, O'Malley, Pacas and Mayor Scalise
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: April 12, 2005
