Commission to attend. This is an informational meeting, and no actions will be taken.)

Tour begins at the City Hall Council Chamber Lobby

PUBLIC COMMENT
EAGLE RANCH SITE TOUR The purpose of this meeting is to tour the Eagle Ranch Specific Plan
project site The Eagle Ranch Specific Plan is a proposed 3,450± acre residential annexation to the
City of Atascadero Participants will depart from City Hall by van Members of the public wishing to
attend will need to ride in the City van, as private vehicles are not permitted at Eagle Ranch
Participants should wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes and should bring a hat and water The tour is
estimated to last approximately three hours
ADJOURNMENT The Planning Commission and City Council will adjourn to their next regularly
scheduled meetings
