.�. A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING 2010-2011 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATING REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY GENERAL FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution RA 2009-0002 setting for the budget
for fiscal years 2009-2010 and 2010-2011, and,
WHEREAS, the Agency Board hereby wishes to amend said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Agency Board of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero
SECTION 1 The appropriation amounts are amended as follows

2010 Financing Debt Service Fund
Low / Moderate income Housing Fund

SECTION 3 These changes are effective immediately upon adoption of this resolution.
On motion by Vice Chairperson Kelley and seconded by Board Member Sturtevant, the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote
AYES Board Members Clay, Kelley, O'Malley, Sturtevant, and Chairperson Fonzi
NOES None
ABSENT None
