("Land"), together with all of the following (i) all buildings, fixtures or other improvements on the
Land ("Improvements"), (ii) all mineral and water rights and all priviledges, easements, rights-of-
way and ather appurtenances benefiting the Land or Improvements (collectively, "Appurtenant
Rights"), (iii) all personal property, equipment, supplies and fixtures owned by Seller and located
on or in the Land or Improvements ("Personal Property"), and (iv) all Seller's interest in any
intangible property used or useful in connection with the Land, Improvements, Appurtenant Rights,
and/or Personal Property, including, without limitation, all contract rights, warranties, leases,
guaranties, licenses, permits, entitlements, governmental approvals and certificates of occupancy
that benefit the Land, Improvements, Appurtenant Rights, and/or Personal Property (collectively,
"Intangible Property") Reference herein to the term "property" shall include, collectively and
without limitation, the Land, Improvements, Appurtenant Rights, Personal Property and Intangible
