A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES FOR REPRODUCTION OF THE
CITY OF ATASCADERO MUNICIPAL CODE AND OTHER DOCUMENTED RECORDS
WHEREAS, the City of Atascadero provides copying services for
the general public which incurs a cost to the City; and
WHEREAS, the beneficiary of said services should be
responsible for the cost of providing the service;
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City
of Atascadero hereby establishes and adopts a fee for repro-
duction of City documented records as follows
Section 1 The fee for preparing a first copy of any
documented record, when made by photographic process is fifty
cents ($. 50) a page, not exceeding 8 1/2 x 14 inches in size.
Section 2 The fee for preparing an additional copy or
copies of any locumented record (s) , when made at the same
time as the first copy, is ten cents ($ 10) a page, not
exceeding 8 1/2 x 14 inches in size.
On motion by COUNCILWOMAN MACKEY and seconded
by COUNCILWOMAN NORRIS , the motion is approved by
the following roll call vote:
AYES COuNCILMEMBERS MACKFY , MOLINA NOnRIS AND MA-OR NELSON
NOES NONE
ABSENT COUNCILMAN HANDSITY
