RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADEP.O
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 79-85 AND 2-79
APPOINTMENT OF AN ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
CENTRAL COAST CITIES JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Central Coast Cities Joint Powers Authority
requires the City Council to authorize the City Manager to
appoint a representative to serve as Alternate to the Central
Coast Cities Joint Powers Authority Board of Directors ;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council
authorizes the City Manager to appoint the Administrative Services
Director as the City' s Alternate to the Central Coast Cities
Joint Powers Authority Board of Directors.
On motion by COUNCILMAN HANDSITY and seconded by
COUNCILWOMAN MACKEY , the foregoing resolution is, hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following vote:
AYES : COUNCILMEMBERS HANDSITY, MACKEY , MOLINA, NORRIS & MAYOR NELSON
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
