RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
APPOINTING SECURITY PACIFIC CAPITAL MARKETS GROUP
AS THE BOND UNDERWRITER FOR THE
SEPERADO/CAYUCOS SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City is contemplating issuing bonds to cover the
cost of constructing sewer lines in the Seperado and Cayucos
Cease and Desist areas; and
WHEREAS, the City staff interviewed the top two bond under-
writing firms to determine their qualifications and suitability
in meeting the City' s underwriting needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council appoints
Security Pacific Capital Markets Group as the bond underwriter
for the Seperado/Cayucos sewer assessment district and that the
Mayor be directed to sign the engagement letter setting out the
terms and conditions of this appointment.
On motion by COUNCILMAN HANDSITY and seconded by COUNCIL-
WQMAN MACKEY , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its
entirety by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: COUNCILPIEMBERS HANDSITY, MACKEY, MOLINA, NORRIS & MAYOR NELSON
