RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
ESTABLISHING LEFT-THRU AND RIGHT-ONLY LANES AT THE
INTERSECTION OF CURBARIL AND EL CAMINO REAL
WHEREAS, Sections 4-2. 601 and 4-2. 1101 et sequence of the
Atascadero Municipal Code allows the City Engineer to establish
lane controls where appropriate and maintain approriate signs or
marking indicating the same, and
WHEREAS, the Atascadero Traffic Committee has recommended
establishing Left-Thru and Right-Only lanes on Curbaril Avenue at
E1 Camino Real to relieve a congested traffic condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Atascadero
directs the City Traffic Engineer to place and maintain appropriate
signs or markings indicating Left-Thru and Right-Only lanes on
Curbaril at the intersection of El Camino Real.
On Motion by Councilwoman Norris ,and seconded by Councilman
Handshv the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its
entirety on the following roll call vote:
