RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A TELEPHONE CONSULTING
CONTRACT WITH COMMUNICATION RESOURCES COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated funds to analyze
the City' s needs regarding a telephone system; and
WHEREAS , that Communication Resources Company has proposed
to conduct the analysis of the City's telephone needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with Communication
Resources Company to conduct the evaluation and analysis of
the City' s telephone system for a total of $4950. 00 this fiscal
year
On motion by Councilman Barbara Norris and seconded by
Councilman Wayne Handshy , the foregoing resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following vote
