RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
APPROPRIATING $1,000 FROM COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUNDS
TO BE USED AS AN ARSON INFORMATION REWARD
WHEREAS, the City Council verbally suggested a $1, 000 reward
for information leading to the conviction of those individuals
responsible for wildland arson fires; and
WHEREAS, those individuals charged with the arson were con-
victed on January 29, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council appro-
priates $1,000 from Council Contingency Funds to be used for
the arson information reward.
ON MOTION BY Councilmember HANDSITY and seconded by
Councilmember MACKEY , the Atascadero City Council
hereby adopts the foregoing resolution in its entirety by the
following roll-call vote
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS HANDSITY, MACKEY AND 14AYOR NELSON
NOES:
ABSENT: COUNCILWOMAN NORRIS; COUNCILMAN MOLINA EXCUSED FROM VOTE
