RESOLUTION NO. 2010-058
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING 2009-2010 AND 2010-2011 FISCAL YEAR BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 2009-065 setting for the budget for
fiscal years 2009-2010 and 2010-2011; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council hereby wishes to amend said budget.
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Atascadero
a SECTION 1. The appropriation amounts are amended as follows:

SECTION 2. These changes are effective immediately upon adoption of this resolution.
On motion by Council Member Clay and seconded by Council Member Beraud, the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
