GALAXY THEATRES SITE TOUR
Tour begins at the City Hall Council Chamber Lobby

Mayor Fonzi called the meeting to order at 8.30 a.m
ROLL CALL.
Present: Council Members O'Malley, Kelley, and Mayor Fonzi
Absent: Council Members Clay and Beraud
Others Present: Planning Commissioner Bentz, Chairperson Moreno, and City Clerk

GALAXY THEATRES SITE TOUR (The purpose of this special meeting is to meet with
representatives of Galaxy Theatres and tour their theatre facility at 1575 Retherford Street, Tulare,
California. Participants will depart from City Hall by van. Members of the public wishing to attend will
need to provide their own transportation and lunch.)
Those present listed above, excluding the City Clerk, and members of the media, Main
Street and the Chamber of Commerce, were driven to the Galaxy Theater in Tulare for
a demonstration and tour of the facility
Frank Rimkus, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Theatres, gave a history
of the company and answered questions from the audience Galaxy gave a
presentation, sampling the many services they plan to provide in Atascadero
The trip concluded with the drive back to Atascadero City Hall
ADJOURNMENT
Now Mayor Fonzi adjourned the meeting at 4.00 p m
