RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 2007-049 setting for the budget for
fiscal year 2008-2009; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council hereby wishes to amend said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Atascadero,
SECTION 1. The appropriation amounts are amended as follows

Gas Tax Fund $ (321,000)
aw Local Transportation Fund 321,000
SECTION 2. These changes are effective immediately upon adoption of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1 lth day
of August, 2009
On motion by Council Member O'Malley and seconded by Fonzi, the foregoing
Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote
AYES Council Members Clay, Fonzi, Kelley, O'Malley and Mayor Beraud
NOES None
ABSENT None
