A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Atascadero
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General
Services, State of California, to purchase a four-wheel drive truck
for building inspection services to current specifications for and on
behalf of the City of Atascadero pursuant to Section 14814 Government
Code, and that Michael Shelton, City Manager , is hereby authorized and
directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other docu-
ments in connection therewith and on behalf of the City of Atascadero.
On motion by COUNCILWOMAN MACKEY and seconded by COUNCILMAN
MOLINA I the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS MACKEY, MOLINA, NORRIS AND MAYOR NELSON
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: MAYOR PRO TEM HANDSITY
