RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Atascadero
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department
of General Services of the State of California to purchase 1985
police vehicles to current specifications for and on the behalf
of the City of Atascadero pursuant to Section 14814 , Government
Code, and that Michael Shelton, City Manager, is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith and on behalf of the City of
Atascadero.
On motion by Councilman MACKEY and seconded by Councilman
MOLINA , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its
entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS MACKEY, MOLINA, NORRIS AND MAYOR NELSON
(COUNCILMEMBER HANDSITY ABSENT)
NOES: NONE
