RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ATASCADERO DESIGNATING A YIELD INTERSECTION
ON PUEBLO AT SOMBRILLA
WHEREAS, Section 4-2. 801 et sequence of the Atascadero Municipal
Code allows the City Traffic Engineer to determine the location of
Yield intersections, and to place and maintain appropriate signs or
markings indicating the same; and
WHEREAS, the Atascadero Traffic Committee has recommended that
installing a Yield sign at the southeast corner of Pueblo and
Sombrilla would alleviate a hazardous traffic condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Atascadero
directs the City Traffic Engineer to place and maintain appropriate
signs or markings indicating a Yield intersection at the southeast
corner of Pueblo and Sombrilla.

the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the
