RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
FROM THE CITY COUNCIL CONTINGENCY RESERVE
WHEREAS, The City will make a one-time reimbursement to
specified employees of employee paid medical dependent
contributions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
authorizes the City Manager to spend $3, 000.00 from the City
Council Contingency Reserve to accomplish the above mentioned
one-time reimbursement.
On motion by Councilman MACKEY and seconded
by Councilman MOLINA , the foregoing resolution
is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILWOMEN MACKEY AND NORRIS, COUNCILMEN HANDSITY AND
MOLINA AND MAYOR NELSON
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
