A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL
ADOPTING A CLASSIFICATION PLAN
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
WHEREAS, the City had entered into an Angreement with
Becker and Bell, Inc. , management and labor relations
consultants, to perform a job classification of all manage-
ment and classified positions in the City; and
WHEREAS, Becker and Bell has completed the study and
presented recommendations to the City; and
WHEREAS, there has been resolution of employee appeals
to Becker and Bell recommendations,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Atascadero
City Council hereby adopts a Classification Plan for
Fiscal Year 1985-86, attached as Exhibit I .
On motion by Councilwoman Mackey and seconded by Councilman
Handshy , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its
entirety by the following vote :
AYES : Councilwoman Mackey , Councilmen Handshy & Molina and Mayor
Nelson.
NOES: Councilwoman Norris
ABSENT: NONE
