j ! RESOLUTION NO- 49-85 A RESOLUTION OF THE. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO INCREASING FARES ON THE ATASCADERO DIAL-A-RIDE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM WHEREAS, the transportation needs of Atascadero are financed from SB325 funds; and, i i j WHEREAS, to receive SB325 funds the State of California requires that farebox revenues meet or exceed 10% of the operating costs of the system; and, WHEREAS, current fares were established in 1980 and expenses have risen steadily since that time; and, WHEREAS, the bus fleet has increased from 2 buses in 1980 to 5 buses in 1985; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Atas- cadero that Dial-A-Ride fares be as follows: 50(,, Senior, Handicapped, Children under 40" tall 75� Regular fares Councilwoman Councilman On motion by M ck and seconded by Handsh the foregoing resolution is hereby aadopMd this 24th day of June �' 1985. SENSIBAUGH Director of Public Works Interim City Attorney j �rry i i i i __I ,ONO lw� 1410 4 I i RESOLUTION NO. 50-85 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 22-84 PERTAINING TO ADOPTION OF THE SALARY/CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE FOR THE 1984/85 FISCAL YEAR I i WHEREAS, the City Council has contracted with Becker and Bell Inc. to provide a classification study for the City of Atascadero which was completed in May, 1985; and I WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Atascadero wishes to expedite efforts to strengthen the City' s ability to provide a timely service for building and planning services; and WHEREAS, the Becker and Bell study recommendations with respect to the Planning Department have been endorsed by a subcommittee of the City Council and are acceptable with respect to creating a senior planner and assistant planner position. NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero resolves as follows: Section 1. Instruct the administrative/personnel analyst to incorporate the job descriptions for assistant planner and senior planner prepared by Becker and Bell into the job descriptions of the City of Atascadero and authorize recruitment for a senior planner.
