RESOLUTION NO. 46-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ATASCADERO APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE MAP CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION AT 5655 ARDILLA
ROAD FROM LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
(GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 2F-85 : REHBOCK/HARTER)
WHEREAS, the Rehbocks have filed an application to amend the City
of Atascadero' s General Plan pertaining to 5655 Ardilla Road; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Atacadero conduc-
ted public hearing on subject matter on June 17, 1985 and recommended
approval of the amendment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Atascadero conducted a
public hearing on the subject matter on August 12, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65323 provides that a general
plan be amended by the adoption of a resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Atascadero finds as follows:
1. The proposed general plan amendment recommended by the Plan-
ning Commission is consistent with the goals and policies of
the City' s General Plan.
2. The proposed general plan amendment provides a logical repre-
sentation of the residential site within the existing land
use pattern.

3. The proposed general plan amendment is compatible with sur-
rounding land use and zoning.
4. The proposed general plan amendment will not have a signifi-
cant adverse effect upon the environment and preparation of
an Environmental Impact Report is not necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero does resolve
to approve General Plan Amendment GPA 2F-85 as follows :

1. Amendments to the General Plan Map as shown on Exhibit A.
On motion by COUNCILWOMAN MACKEY and seconded by COUNCILWOMAN
NORRIS the motion was approved by the following roll call vote:
